What happens during your visit

Your appointment follows a clear sequence, with room to adjust the plan to your skin response.

  1. 1

    Barrier and pigment check

We review sensitivity, recent sun, actives, acne activity and pigment risk before choosing the peel.

  2. 2

    Controlled exfoliation

The peel is applied with timing and comfort checks, then neutralized or finished according to the product protocol.

  3. 3

    Recovery guidance

Your result depends on gentle care, hydration, no picking and consistent SPF in the week after treatment.

How to prepare

A little planning keeps the visit comfortable and supports a more predictable treatment response.

One week before

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning.
  • Pause retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and other exfoliating actives.
  • Avoid facial waxing, laser or aggressive treatments.

One to two days before

  • Use gentle cleanser and hydrating products only.
  • Avoid alcohol and excess caffeine if your skin gets easily dehydrated.

Appointment day

  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup, lotion or sunscreen on the treatment area.
  • Tell us about recent treatments, sun exposure or medical changes.

Post treatment care

Follow these notes to protect the treated area and support a calm, comfortable recovery.

Immediately after

  • Redness, warmth, tightness or sensitivity can be normal.
  • Do not touch, scratch or pick at the treated skin.

Days 1 to 7

  • Cleanse gently, moisturize and avoid active ingredients.
  • Peeling may start around day 2 or 3. Let it shed naturally.
  • Avoid saunas, pools, intense workouts and direct sun.

Ongoing

  • Reintroduce retinoids or exfoliants only when advised.
  • A series may be recommended for pigmentation, acne or texture goals.

If you are new to peels or pigment-prone, consultation helps choose a brightening path without over-treating the barrier.
