Treatment options

Choose the format that best matches the area, concern and pace of care you have in mind.

Skin tag removal

Targets small skin tags with a precise approach and aftercare designed to protect the treated spot.

Ruby points and small vessels

Uses heat-based treatment to coagulate selected visible red points or tiny capillaries after screening.

Milia and selected irregularities

Assesses each spot before treatment so the safest method and realistic healing timeline are clear.

Multiple-area session

Groups several eligible concerns into one appointment when screening confirms they can be treated together.

What happens during your visit

Your appointment follows a clear sequence, with room to adjust the plan to your skin response.

  1. 1

    Spot-by-spot screening

We review each area, contraindications and whether a medical referral is more appropriate.

  2. 2

    Focused treatment

The selected tissue is treated precisely. Many spots form a small protective scab as they heal.

  3. 3

    Healing guidance

You leave with instructions for cleansing, ointment, sun protection and what not to pick.

How to prepare

A little planning keeps the visit comfortable and supports a more predictable treatment response.

One week before

  • Keep the area protected from sun exposure.
  • Avoid retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliants on the area for at least several days.
  • Do not cut, burn or use at-home removal products.

The day before

  • Cleanse gently and avoid oils, lotions or heavy creams on the area.
  • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol if it tends to increase sensitivity.

Appointment day

  • Arrive with clean, dry skin and no makeup or perfume on the area.
  • Tell us about medications, coagulation concerns and healing history.

Post treatment care

Follow these notes to protect the treated area and support a calm, comfortable recovery.

Immediately after

  • Mild redness, tenderness or swelling can happen.
  • A small scab may form. Do not scratch or pick it.
  • Use a cool compress if needed, but do not apply ice directly.

Days 1 to 7

  • Cleanse gently, pat dry and apply the recommended healing ointment.
  • Avoid makeup, exfoliants, pools, saunas and excessive heat on the area.
  • Protect exposed areas with SPF 45 or higher.

Ongoing

  • Let the scab fall naturally. Picking can increase marks or irritation.
  • Most small areas settle within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on size and location.

Because this service has important contraindications, screening is part of the treatment, not an optional step.
